Great service, amazingly nice and polite staff. Very very good building, new-fashioned and bright rooms. Had good an iron, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and modern with nice mountain views. the hotel is located close to the breakfast restaurant and the center of Dupnitsa. There is a very nice quiet and green square nearby. Julian Serrano Tapas, a great dinner option, is relatively close to the hotel.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Dupnitsa. Fairly clean hotel, I liked really helpful and very helpful staff. The guest room was modern, had a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The food was savoury, nice.
